
At eastdevonphysio we now offer a Modified Pilates Rehabilitation Programme.
Modified Pilates was developed from Traditional Pilates and targets the deep postural muscles of the trunk to improve overall central core stability and posture. It teaches focus on the five key elements of lateral breathing and correct alignment of the head, neck, shoulders, spine and pelvis. This greatly improves co-ordination of movement.

You will be required to attend a initial 45 minute assessment at the clinic. The Modified Pilates beginners programme includes six classes, one hour per week for six weeks.
